The Mailing List for Rotaract in Great Britain and Ireland is intended for use by any member of one of our Rotaract Clubs. To date, it has over 155 members.

It is used for distributing information of interest to Rotaractors across the British Isles, usually the very latest about national events such as the annual RGBI Conference. (Note: You can also find out about forthcoming events on the Events Page on this web site.)

Your E-mail address is not revealed to any of the other members of the list unless you send a message, and you are not made susceptible to spam or junk mail by joining this list. It is also very simple to unsubscribe from the list at any time.

Acceptable use of the List
The following terms and conditions of use of the mailing list have been issued:

This list is intended for communication of events, announcements, ideas relating to Rotaract in Great Britain and Ireland, and distribution of the RGBI Newsletter, The Rotaract Times. It is legitimate for subscribers to post questions on Rotaract to the list, but responses from other subscribers should be made offline, directly to the person who submitted the question.

An alternative arena for debates is the Web Forum. This list is not to be used for personal campaigns, nor for circulation of jokes, and subscribers are reminded not to submit any abusive emails.

The list is open to all Rotaractors in the UK and Ireland. This list is unmoderated, but persistent abusers will be
removed by the list owner, the RGBI Internet Officer or other nominated persons.

All subscribers can change their preferences to Daily Digest or Web Only if they so choose.

Please note that there are also two other Mailing lists, RGBI Exec for members of the RGBI Executive Committee, and RGBI Council for the RGBI Commitee and all the District Chairmen.
